At 14:15 CEST, Team Heretics met with Gen.G Esports. Team Heretics dominated the first map, but Gen.G Esports responded with a powerful game on the second. The decisive map went to Team Heretics — 2:1, securing their slot in the Grand Final. Gen.G Esports head to fight for third place.
In the bronze match, Gen.G Esports confidently defeated Paper Rex with a score of 2:0, leaving no chances for their opponents. Gen.G Esports take third place, $80,000, and 350 Club Points, while Paper Rex finish the tournament in fourth place with $60,000 and 250 Club Points.
Esports World Cup 2025 takes place from July 8 to 13 in Riyadh, at Boulevard Riyadh City. The tournament features 16 teams: four from each region — two from VCT 2025 Stage 1 and two from additional qualification. The prize pool is $1,250,000.
