Roster changes in Team Spirit

Spirit announces roster changes after StarLadder Budapest Major 2025

The Russian esports organization Spirit has made several changes to its main CS2 roster following their performance at the StarLadder Budapest Major 2025, where the team finished in 3rd–4th place

Two players who were previously on the bench are returning to the active roster:

• Boris magixx Vorobyev — now also taking on the role of IGL, replacing Leonid chopper Vishnyakov in this position.

• Myroslav zont1x Plakhotia — returns to the starting five, taking the place of the departed Ivan zweih Gogin.

Thus, Leonid chopper Vishnyakov and Ivan zweih Gogin leave the starting lineup and move to reserve status.

The changes followed a series of stable but not victorious results in top-level tournaments at the end of 2025:

• 3rd–4th place — StarLadder Budapest Major 2025

• 5th–6th place — BLAST Rivals Fall 2025

• 7th–8th place — Intel Extreme Masters Chengdu 2025

• 5th–8th place — ESL Pro League Season 22

The updated active roster of Spirit for CS2 now looks as follows:
