FaZe appointed enkay J as the new CS2 coach

German specialist Nicolas "enkay J" Krumhorn has become the new head coach of the FaZe Counter-Strike lineup. He took the place of Filip NEO Kubski, who was dismissed by the club last month.

For enkay J, this is a new stage after the March changes in ENCE, where the organization decided to remove the entire roster and assemble a team made up entirely of Finnish players. He had been working with ENCE since September 2024 and managed to win Elisa Masters Espoo 2024.

Previously, Krumhorn worked as an analyst for MOUZ, Envy and G2, and also coached ALTERNATE aTTaX, Sprout, BIG and Entropiq.

Now he joins FaZe at a moment of crisis: the team started the year poorly and, for the first time since 2016, failed to qualify for the Major in Cologne, ending a streak of 16 consecutive appearances.

The future of the roster remains unclear. According to reports, Finn karrigan Andersen is expected to move to Falcons. after IEM Rio. Russel Twistzz Van Dulken has effectively confirmed his departure, emphasizing that he was not "kicked".
