Team Liquid continue to dominate

Results of the second day of the third week VCT 2025: EMEA Stage 2

Today's game day brought intense matches, where the favorites confirmed their status, but not without a fight. The main events were the meetings of Team Liquid against Apeks and Karmine Corp against KOI, each of which presented the audience with an exciting game.

In the first match of the day, Team Liquid faced unexpectedly stubborn resistance from Apeks. Team Liquid, though not without difficulty, managed to defeat Apeks with a score of 2:1, dominating on the last map with a score of 13:6. This victory allows Liquid to maintain their chances for first place in the group, while Apeks continue the season without victories.

The French team Karmine Corp started the match against KOI extremely unsuccessfully, losing the first map 9:13. However, on the subsequent maps, they completely seized the initiative, demonstrating improved coordination and individual skill. This victory brings Karmine Corp to third place in the group, while KOI still cannot find a stable game, although they still have theoretical chances for the playoffs.

VCT 2025: EMEA Stage 2 takes place from July 16 to August 31 in Berlin at the Riot Games Arena. The prize pool is $250,000. The two best teams will receive direct tickets to VALORANT Champions 2025, while two more teams will go through the VCT points system.
