Team Liquid become the first grand finalists of VCT 2025: EMEA Stage 2

Another game day of the VCT 2025: EMEA Stage 2 tournament has concluded

On this day, we saw matches like Team Liquid against BBL Esports and GIANTX against Natus Vincere.

The first game was quite thrilling. Team Liquid started with a victory on the opponents' map, but BBL Esports didn't lag behind and responded with a win on the opponent's map. Everything was decided on Bind, where Team Liquid emerged victorious in a tense battle with a score of 14:12, securing their place in the grand final. BBL Esports head to the lower bracket final, where they will play against the winner of the next game.

In the second match, GIANTX once again defeated Natus Vincere — just like at the start of the playoffs, with a score of 2-1. Although they started the match by losing the first map without much resistance, they confidently closed the next two maps. GIANTX advance to the lower bracket final, where they will face BBL Esports for a spot at VALORANT Champions 2025. Natus Vincere exit the tournament in fourth place, taking home $25,000.

VCT 2025: EMEA Stage 2 takes place from July 16 to August 31 in Berlin at the Riot Games Arena. The tournament prize pool is $250,000. The two best teams will receive direct spots at VALORANT Champions 2025, and two more teams can qualify for the main tournament of the year through the VCT points system.
