The next day of VALORANT Masters Toronto 2025 has concluded. The teams Gen.G Esports and Sentinels have left the tournament.
The first elimination game took place between Gen.G Esports and G2 Esports. The American team started the series confidently, but Gen.G Esports managed to regroup and took the match to the deciding map. On it, Gen.G Esports were leading, but G2 Esports made a comeback from a score of 4:11, finishing the series with a score of 2:1 in their favor. Gen.G Esports leave VALORANT Masters Toronto 2025, taking 5th–6th place, and receive $50,000 and 2 VCT points. G2 Esports advance further, securing a place in the top 4 of the tournament.
The second game determined the fate of the last team from the EMEA region. Fnatic started the series against Sentinels not too confidently, but managed to turn the game around and won on the next two maps with a score of 2:1. Sentinels, like Gen.G Esports, leave the tournament in 5th–6th place, receiving $50,000 and 2 VCT points. Fnatic continue to fight for the EMEA region and will meet the next opponent in the next stage.
The next matches of the tournament will take place after a break, on June 20, 2025. At 18:00 CEST, the upper bracket final will take place, where Paper Rex will meet Wolves Esports. Can Wolves Esports make another upset, or will Paper Rex stop their progress? Later, at 21:00 CEST, Fnatic and G2 Esports will fight for guaranteed bronze. It's hard to highlight a favorite, so a tense and spectacular game is expected.
