Revival of Deadlock

A major update has been released in Deadlock, adding six heroes

Five heroes are already available: Billy, Drifter, Mina, Paige, and The Doorman. The last hero, Victor, is expected to be released soon. The order of character releases was determined by the players themselves through an in-game voting system.

The online game has grown sharply: if previously the simultaneous number of players was about 15,000, now the minimum reaches 50,000. This may indicate another revival of the game.

In addition, the game's interface has been radically changed. A "Sanctuary" has been added — a special space where you can spend time while waiting for a match. Lighting and textures have also been updated on the maps.

As for the professional scene of Deadlock, a new type of tournament has appeared — Deadlock Night Shift, which has effectively replaced the Deadlock Fight Night series of tournaments. So far, three such tournaments have been held in Europe and America.
