The first stage of StarLadder Budapest Major 2025 has concluded!

🔥 In Budapest, the first 8 teams have been determined, advancing to the next stage of the prestigious tournament with a prize pool of $1,250,000.

Stage 1 Results:

Congratulations to the teams that showed the best results and advanced with minimal losses:

• M80 and FlyQuest — confidently advanced with a clean score of 3-0.

• B8, Fnatic and Ninjas in Pyjamas — overcame the barrier with a score of 3-1.

• PARIVISION, Imperial and FaZe — made it through all the trials with a score of 3-2.

Among the surprises — the early exit of teams like NRG, who finished their performance with a score of 2-3.

The next stage — Stage 2, which starts on November 29. Here, the 8 advancing teams will join 8 invited teams, including:

• Aurora

• Natus Vincere

• Liquid

• Astralis

• and other top teams

Stage 2: November 29 - December 2

• Format: 16 teams (8 advancing + 8 invited) in a Swiss-system

• Features:

  • Same match system: Bo3 for decisive series, Bo1 for the rest

• Outcome: Top-8 continue the fight, the rest leave the tournament

The tournament will last until December 14, when we will find out the new major champion at MVM Dome!
